Leaving on a Sunday for Camp this has made for some interesting planning, then Camp Gap changed the beginning registration and worship time even making it more interesting for us.  The itinerary for departing has changed just a little:

completed 4th grade thru 6th grade.

Print off and complete the registration form below.
Be sure to:
1. both camper and guardian must sign the form
2.  Provide a copy of the campers immunization record
3.  Provide a copy of the campers insurance
4.  Mark the campers T-Shirt size

The buses will be on the EAST side of CD Fulkes Middle School for loading. 
Loading the buses will be crazy!  Maybe this will help a little:
1.  Put your luggage on the bus
2.  Check-in with your lead Shepherd at the door of the bus:
    Leave any medications (properly labeled in a zip lock gallon size baggie) with the    lead shepherd
3.    Put your cookies (4th & 5th graders) or drinks (6th graders) in the appropriate bin at the door of the bus
4.    Have your lunch (if you are bringing your own) with you on the bus

We will have prayer and depart for a fun-filled week at Mt. Lebanon!

Arrive at Mt. Lebanon and unload our stuff!
