Our Mission Statement
   
To visit members of First Baptist Church of Round Rock and others who are no longer able to attend church or participate in the community. To show the love of Christ in our words and actions with the homebound members.

    Serve the Lord with Gladness. Psalm 100:2

    Do not cast me off in time of old age;
    Do not forsake me when my strength fails. Psalm 71:9

What is required to serve on the homebound team?
    Team workers require the love and desire to make visits to the homebound members. Visits can consist of reading scripture, praying, or just providing a listening ear.

Duties include:
    > Visit homebound members in their homes or in extended care facilities.

    > Make regular visits to members.; Length or frequency of visit may vary.

    > Have a short time of devotion.

    > Distribute Easter lilies, Thanksgiving baskets, and a gift at Christmas.

    > Remember their birthday with a card and/or optional gift.
